Aishwarya Lodha, Robotics Engineer turned Entrepreneur with over 5 years of experience in the IT industry (Infosys & Kantar). Her Startup, TrailArray was incubated under Idea to Startup Lab by Bocconi University & Indian School of Business. Currently, she is also a part of The Oxford Character Project, enabling her to be a responsible leader. TrailArray is working on bridging the gap between teenagers and industry experts using technology. The goal is to help teenagers especially in remote regions come out of their bubble and see the different career options that exist. The industry experts are carefully selected from diverse domains like astronomy, the army, artists, archeologists, creators, etc. The experts give the teenagers a realistic view of the pros and cons of a particular choice and help them make their own decisions. Aishwarya along with her champions are targeting remote regions of India for our project. SDG 1: No Poverty, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Work, and Economic Growth SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.
