Anila Karim is a full-time freelancer with over four years of experience delivering project management services, she brings a strong foundation in strategy, execution, and community-focused innovation. She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management, which has deepened her commitment to going beyond conventional approaches, focusing on the optimal utilization of resources for sustainable and impactful outcomes.
Currently, she is working on a side project named Damato Mushroom Farming, which aims to address the intense competition in the freelancing market in Gilgit. The initiative is designed to create new income opportunities, promote the long-term sustainability of agricultural land, and uplift low-literate women in the region by equipping them with meaningful engagement and economic inclusion.
