OMLAS Experience: “As an OMLAS Fellow 2025, I had the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning with a diverse global community. One of the most impactful experiences was the breakout rooms, where we tackled real-world challenges and collaboratively designed leadership-driven solutions. It was eye-opening to see how different backgrounds brought unique insights to the table. The program helped me integrate sustainability and inclusion into my work and create a long-term impact in the communities I serve.”
