OMLAS Experience: “OMLAS for me has been a transformative journey, providing a reflective space to revisit ideas that had not worked in the past and reshape them with greater clarity and purpose. The sessions on Ethical and Transformational Leadership and Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship were particularly thought-provoking, helping me connect values with practical leadership approaches and equipping me with the tools to turn my mission into actionable strategies. The course’s design is rich with interactive learning, mentorship, and peer collaboration, challenged me to think critically, refine my vision, and apply innovative models to real-world problems. Overall, OMLAS has not only strengthened my technical understanding but also deepened my sense of purpose as a leader committed to creating meaningful social impact.”
