Buyankhishig Daaduu, residing in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia's capital, with her husband and two children, graduated in 2006 with a major in Electronic Engineering from The National University of Mongolia. She embarked on a successful career in the financial sector, starting as a specialist at Mongolia's largest bank. Over the past decade, she has honed her expertise in human resource management for both public and private sector organizations. A fully experienced professional, her skillset encompasses recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance appraisal systems, and the development of HR policies with a focus on effective leadership, team management, and coaching.

Since 2017, Buyankhishig has expanded her expertise to include ISO standard consulting and sustainable development practices. Fueled by a strong passion, she founded Talent Management LLC, a management consulting firm dedicated to advising and supporting the development of SMEs (Small to medium-sized enterprises) and startups. A core life goal for Buyankhishig is to contribute to both organizational and individual staff sustainability through her work.

Omlas Project : “Nurturing Knowledgeable World Citizens”
Buyankhishig's project vision centers on cultivating knowledgeable and responsible global citizens for the future by fostering awareness and engagement Target SDG : SDGs 4: Quality Education SDG 5: Gender Equality, SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energywithin Mongolia's public and private sectors. Her proposed initiative involves organizing sustainable development training programs for employees across both public and private sectors in Mongolia. By equipping employees with a deeper understanding of the SDGs, the project aims to influence both organizational practices and employees' personal choices, ultimately impacting family lifestyles and contributing to a more sustainable future.
