OMLAS Project: "Empowering Mothers for Healthier Generations" is a community-based project aimed at promoting exclusive breastfeeding among pregnant women and new mothers. Through educational workshops, personalized counseling sessions, and the distribution of informational materials, we aim to raise awareness about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for infant nutrition and health. Collaborating with local healthcare providers and community leaders, we will establish support groups to provide ongoing guidance and encouragement. By empowering mothers with the knowledge and support they need, we strive to combat malnutrition among children and foster healthier generations, ensuring a brighter future for our community. This project will be implemented in the Government sector Maternal and Child Health Centers of Karachi, Pakistan. She will be forcuing on the Sustainable Development Goals; SDG 2: Zero Hunger & SDG 3: Good health and well-being.
