Giriraj Adhikari, a master's student in counseling psychology, leads HAMI—Holistic Approach for Mental Inclusion. He has more than four years of expertise in mental health research, counseling, and psychoeducation. He promotes low- and no-cost interventions under the mottos "Mental Health First" and "Mental Health for All" since he is passionate about providing accessible mental health treatment.
