OMLAS Experience: “My journey with OMLAS has been transformative. I've deepened my understanding of values-based leadership and connected with changemakers across Asia. The fellowship reinforced my commitment to care and justice while providing tools to lead with integrity. It also encouraged reflection on sustainability and interdependence in my mental health work.”
