OMLAS Experience: “I’m deeply honored to be part of the OMLAS Leadership Program. This transformative journey has significantly enriched my leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Through engaging with changemakers across Asia, I’ve strengthened my commitment to youth empowerment, climate justice, and inclusive advocacy. The program has inspired me to work more deeply at the intersection of social equity and sustainable development, ensuring no voice is left behind, especially those of marginalized communities facing climate disasters. OMLAS has fueled my vision to create resilient, youth-led, and community-driven solutions that champion justice, sustainability, and long-term impact.”
