Kinza Qathi is an Afghan young woman with an academic background in Business Administration and professional experience with international organizations such as the United Nations and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). She also leads independent efforts in entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment, creating training, mentorship, and support opportunities quantity: for marginalized communities in Afghanistan through education, digital tools, and leadership.
