OMLAS Experience: “During my time in OMLAS fellowship, I learned about leadership, social change and youth can play an active role in solving community problems. I joined workshops where we learned community development and project planning. These sessions helped me to understad issues from different angles and taught me that how to design solutions with empathy. The fellowship gave me confidence to speak about social issues and encouraged me to take an action in my community.”
