OMLAS Experience: “Being part of the OMLAS Fellowship has been truly transformative. It strengthened my understanding of leadership, encouraged deep reflection, and connected me with inspiring peers from across the world. As the only participant from the Tibetan and Himalayan region, I found space to share my story, exchange ideas, and co-create visions for a more just and sustainable future.”
