Meta Rianti, a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing and Business Management and a background in Human Resources Administration, is a force to be reckoned with. Currently, she serves as the leader and CEO of Early Startup Welove Skin Care Waste Management, demonstrating her commitment to promoting environmental sustainability within the beauty industry.
OMLAS Project: Meta's vision for her OMLAS project is the "CleanBeauty Movement," a revolutionary initiative aimed at transforming skincare waste management in urban areas. She envisions a robust system for the proper disposal and recycling of unused or expired skincare products. This project will forge partnerships with beauty clinics, skincare producers, and local authorities to establish collection points and conduct community education programs on sustainable beauty practices. Building upon the success of Welove Skin Care Waste Management, the project seeks to; mitigate environmental pollution stemming from the beauty industry and foster eco-consciousness among individuals and businesses.
With OMLAS's support, the “CleanBeauty Movement” aims to scale up, securing additional resources and collaborations to drive lasting change in waste management practices and contribute significantly to global sustainability efforts. She will be contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals; SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, SDG 13: Climate Action, SDG 5: Gender Equality (previously "Empowerment of Women"), and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
