Mohamed Hoodh Ibrahim is a political scientist, director, and consultant qualified with Master of Social Policy, and Bachelor of Political Science and International Relations. Hoodh serves as UNESCO Regional Facilitator for Asia Pacific and Director of Global Strategic Institute for Sustainable Development. Hoodh has published research for UNESCO, UNDP, and ADB.
