OMLAS Project: Coming from Chittorgarh, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Rajasthan, India, he has always been deeply connected to his cultural heritage. That's why he has passion about preserving the cultural heritage, specifically the priceless indigenous knowledge of tribal communities. Understanding the urgency to conserve Indigenous knowledge from its rapid extinction, he has conceptualised a project called "RADIKAL: Research, Advancement, and Documentation of Indigenous Knowledge for Alternative Livelihoods".
RADIKAL is a three-tier actionable, transformative solution to ensure Indigenous knowledge safeguards cultural heritage (SDG 11.4) and informs sustainable practices preserving biodiversity (SDG 15.2, 14.2), fostering climate-resilient food systems (SDG 2.1) and mitigating climate change impacts (SDG 13.2).
