Mohima Rahman, currently studying Disaster Management & Resilience at Bangladesh University of Professionals. Known for her dedication, she possess strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in youth engagement through voluntary work, she is passionate about fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive network for youth programs.

Omlas project: The project aims to address plastic pollution in Dhaka, Bangladesh, the capital city, by forming a team of 30 individuals. The project is planning to focus on the five schools in Dhaka city, where they will conduct awareness campaigns. These campaigns will include offering stalls for students to exchange plastic bottles for various items. Additionally, bins for plastic bottles will be established in schools, with volunteers collecting and selling them weekly to local recycling companies. Mohima, along with her team, will also set up a weekly stall at the local market to support poor individuals, offering food items in exchange for plastic bottles. This initiative promotes recycling and reduces waste in the process. The targeted SDGs will be; SDG 13: Climate Action, SDG 14: Life below water, and SDG 15: Life on land.

She reflects on her OMLAS experience, stating, "The OMLAS Fellowship Program has been a turning point in my life. It has helped me to discover hidden talents within myself and boosted my self-confidence. I believe in learning something new every day, and this program has provided me with ample opportunities for growth."
