Muhammad Akbar is a graduate of Arabic Literature and is currently working as a village development trainer. He has been involved in the field of education since 2016 through volunteer activities, serving as a facilitator, mentor, and trainer. He is the founder of the Hasil Desa organization, which aims to provide a forum for village development.

As part of the OMLAS project, he aims to initiate development training for creating Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprise (MSME) products through BUMDES for village economic development. This involves providing training and assistance for the development of BUMDES by utilizing natural resources in the village to produce MSME products, thereby revitalizing the village economy. The focus area will be 10 villages in Central Java, Indonesia. This initiative aligns with SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
