Noelle Anne Santos Cubacub is a climate justice and health equity practitioner. She works as a researcher-consultant on projects related to climate risks and vulnerabilities, environmental health, and sustainability. With a background in Sociology, she employs a life-centered approach to foster environmental and social action at the grassroots level.
Omlas project: Understanding Climate-Induced Urban Migration in the Philippines for Informed Policy Decisions. She will be focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals; Goal 13: Climate Action and Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
