Shokirjon Ismoilov is the first and only OMLAS Fellow from Uzbekistan, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Automation and Telemechanics at Tashkent State Transport University. A recipient of the Minister of Transport’s Scholarship, he is passionate about smart railway systems, youth leadership, and global collaboration for sustainable development.
