She founded AKAR Family and PERI BUMI to empower communities through connection-based curricula and scalable childcare systems, grounded in sustainability and behavioral change. She leads a robust ecosystem of education and care services that redefine how we support child development and family well-being. She firmly believes that care work is essential for a thriving society.
